One yearly licence per company. Your payroll data never leaves your computer.

Company licence

EUR 290 per company per year

Prices exclude VAT. We sell only to businesses established in an EU country other than Romania that have a valid EU VAT number. VAT is due from you under the reverse charge, and the invoice states “Reverse charge / Taxare inversă”. Your VAT number is required at checkout and is checked in the EU VIES system before your licence is issued.

Buy the licence

You pay on a secure page hosted by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see your card details.

What is included

  • The Bandplain app for one company (one legal entity), for its own employees' and applicants' data, for 12 months.
  • Salary ranges for job ads, pay-information request handling, pay bands from your payroll file and the gender pay-gap pre-report, as described in the help pages for your version.
  • Rule-pack and app updates during your licence year. Every rule shows its rule-pack version, the official source and the date we checked it.
  • Support by e-mail at support@ppftec.com.

Your payroll data never leaves your computer

The app runs in your browser. The payroll and pay data you import is processed and stored only on your device. We do not receive it, store it or have access to it. Backups are encrypted files that you create and keep.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

  • Your licence renews automatically every year until you cancel it.
  • We e-mail you a reminder 30 days before each renewal, with the date, the price and how to cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time in the customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your licence runs until the end of the year you paid for.
  • Refunds: a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase, and within 14 days of each renewal charge, no questions asked. Write to support@ppftec.com.

After you pay

You see your licence code on screen straight away, and we send it to you by e-mail. Open the app, enter the code, and start with your own data.

Who can buy

Companies only, not consumers. The licence is sold to companies established in an EU country other than Romania that have a valid EU VAT number.
