Privacy notice summary

- What we collect: email, role, country, company size band, and which page you signed up on.
- Why: to run the waitlist and tell you when early access opens, based on your consent.
- Where: stored in the EU (Cloudflare D1 database, EU jurisdiction). Email sent via Zoho ZeptoMail (EU data centre).
- How long: until you unsubscribe or, if you never confirm, 7 days. If there is no activity on your sign-up for 24 months, we delete it. Deleted data disappears from our database backups within 7 days. We do not store your IP address.
- Your rights: access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent at any time by the unsubscribe link or support@ppftec.com.
- Analytics: none at the moment; no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
